FAQ
Before you buy
Everything most dog parents ask us.
Will it actually slow my dog down?
The channels force smaller bites, so most dogs take noticeably longer without feeling punished.
Is it easy to clean?
Rinses out in seconds. No removable inserts to lose.
What if they don't like it?
Change of mind: 30 days if unused (you cover return postage). If it is faulty or not as described, Australian Consumer Law still applies.
How do the discount codes work?
Use KAEDA20 for 20% off, bringing the bowl to $23.20. Free shipping Australia-wide. One code per order.
How fast is shipping?
Free shipping Australia-wide. Packed by our fulfilment partner, then delivered in Australia — typically 7–21 business days. You get tracking when it ships.
Which colour should I pick?
Sage, Clay, and Blush are the same bowl — just pick the one that suits your kitchen floor.
Is it dishwasher safe?
A quick rinse after meals is usually enough. Moulded PP plastic — if you use a dishwasher, top rack only. High heat can warp plastic.
