We currently ship the Slow Feeder Bowl Australia-wide, free. Other countries: email hello@kaedaco.com before ordering.

How it ships

Orders are packed by our fulfilment partner, then delivered in Australia. This is not same-day local dispatch from our kitchen. Typical delivery is 7–21 business days from payment, depending on warehouse location and your postcode. You will receive tracking when the parcel is scanned.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days after the “shipped” email, contact us. If the carrier confirms loss or damage in transit, we will replace or refund.

Duties

Australian deliveries should not attract extra customs charges. If you asked us to ship outside Australia, you are responsible for any duties.
