Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Kaeda Co at kaedaco.com. We are an Australian business based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. The store is hosted by Shopify.

The product

The Slow Feeder Bowl is moulded PP plastic (not ceramic). Colours are Sage, Clay, and Blush. Photos are of the product or of styled scenes; colours can shift slightly on different screens. It is a feeding bowl that slows eating by forcing smaller bites. We do not claim it treats bloating, digestion, or any medical condition.

Orders and price

Prices are in Australian dollars. Launch pricing: $29, 20% off with code KAEDA20 ($23.20), with free Australian shipping. We may cancel an order for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfil it — in that case you get a full refund.

You must be 18 or over to purchase.

Your ACL rights

Our refund policy explains change-of-mind returns. Consumer guarantees under the ACL cannot be excluded. Any limitation of our liability does not apply to those guarantees, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not let us limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If a dispute arises, contact hello@kaedaco.com first.
