Kaeda Co (Sunshine Coast, QLD) sells the Slow Feeder Bowl. These terms sit on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing here limits those rights.
Change of mind
If the bowl is unused, in original condition, and you just changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. You cover return postage unless we sent the wrong colour or a faulty item. Email hello@kaedaco.com with your order number first — we will send a return address.
Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and check the return, usually within 5–10 business days.
Faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (ACL)
If the bowl is faulty, does not match the listing, or is not fit for the purpose we described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. That can be a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major. This applies even after 30 days, and even if the bowl has been used. We pay return postage for genuine faults.
Email hello@kaedaco.com with photos and your order number. We will not ask you to deal with our fulfilment partner instead of us — Kaeda Co is the seller.
What we do not cover as “change of mind”
- A used bowl that is not faulty (food residue, chew marks, dishwasher warping from high heat).
- A colour you ordered correctly but no longer like, after the 30-day unused window.
