This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse, buy, email us, or join the mailing list. Shopify hosts the store and processes payments. If this policy and our Terms of Service conflict on privacy, this policy wins.

What we collect

Identity and contact: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
Order details: products, amounts, payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers — Shopify and the payment provider do).
Messages you send via the contact form or email.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cart activity, cookies.
Marketing: email if you sign up; ad events if you accept marketing cookies (Meta Pixel and similar).

Why we use it

To take payment, fulfil orders, send tracking, and handle returns.
To answer support questions.
To send marketing email only if you opted in (Spam Act — unsubscribe in every email).
To measure ads and improve the site, where you have allowed marketing/analytics cookies.
To prevent fraud and meet legal duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We disclose it to:

Shopify — store, checkout, and (if enabled) Shopify’s analytics/ads tools. Shopify may process data outside Australia. See Shopify’s consumer privacy policy at privacy.shopify.com.
Our fulfilment partner (CJ Dropshipping) — name, address, email, phone, and SKU so the bowl can be packed and shipped. That is an overseas disclosure.
Carriers — to deliver the parcel.
Meta, Google, or similar — if you allow marketing cookies, so we can measure ads. You can refuse those cookies in the banner.

Your choices

Email hello@kaedaco.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it (for example tax records). You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle privacy, contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Children

This store is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from under-18s as customers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, and the law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or we close the list.
